Dear Students,

I want to welcome you to Denham Springs High School. You are about to embark on the most important years of your education and development as a young adult. It is our mission at Denham Springs High School to provide you with opportunities and activities to not only meet your academic needs, but also allow you to explore your interests to help you determine what you want to do after you graduate.

We will challenge you to become the best you that you can be. Take advantage of the wide range programs and activities available at Denham Springs High School. From athletics, academic clubs, music programs, ROTC, to our new STEM center, DSHS has something for everyone. Make these three years of your education your best!

We are excited to have you here and that you have chosen to become a Yellow Jacket! I hope that in your time here you will grow to feel the same pride and spirit that I do every day. There is no place like Denham High, where it’s always a GREAT day to be a Yellow Jacket
